That is so funny, my family has thought the same many times. When I prepare a new meatless dish you can see the fear in their faces. Sometimes its a success, like this one and sometimes it doesn’t get touched. I’m glad you liked it and thumbs up for going low fat!!

I made this last night and it was really good! We’re not vegetarians, because my husband is pretty sure he would die, but I don’t think he even realized this was meatless!! Very good, and I used all low fat ingredients and it tasted super! Thanks!!

Thank you for these recipes. No one in my family is vegetarian but meat is expensive, plain and simple. This will definitely help us lower our food bill, without suffering nutritionally!
