Italian Noodle Bake For An Easy Vegetarian Meal

To accommodate my son’s veggie diet I had to entertain the idea of using meatless recipes in my meal planning.

I found that cooking noodle vegetable casseroles was the easiest way to fix one main meal for the whole family.

I could then satisfy his love for vegetables and include a side dish with meat for everyone else.

Finding the perfect blend of ingredients in most meatless recipes was a challenge.

When I tried out new meatless recipes I found some were to bland, the flavor just wasn’t there.

Another problem was the amount of veggies the ingredients required.

Having to many vegetables in one dish was ideal for my son but undesirable to the rest of the family.

But to my delight this Meatless Recipe For An Italian Noodle Bake was perfect.

My son loves the meatless factor and my family gets to eat a traditional pasta dish with meat on the side.

This is another great vegetable casserole that can please the vegetarian eater when the rest of the family eats meat.

Easy Meatless Substitutions For Your Veggie Meals

When coming up with meal ideas to my family I have to think of easy meatless substitutions for my traditional dinner dishes.

If you have the resources and you know what the veggie member in your household likes then this is actually very easy to accomplish.

I take my ideas for a simple dinner meal and give it some meat free appeal. There are so many meatless products on the market today that can give you the texture and taste of meat without the animal by-product.

When I grocery shop for 1 lb of meat the list will also include a meatless product like tofu. If I’m making hamburgers for dinner then I also purchase a package of veggie burgers.
