Stuffed Peppers
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 large pepper’s (I use green bell peppers)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 cup soft bread
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- catsup (optional)
- cheese (optional)
